Role Overview

We are looking for a strong hands-on IAM Developer with experience in Ping Identity (including ForgeRock AM). The role is primarily development-focused, with the expectation that the candidate can understand solution architecture and contribute effectively to enterprise IAM implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IAM solutions using Ping Identity / ForgeRock AM
• Customize authentication journeys (SSO, MFA, passwordless)
• Work on integrations with enterprise applications using REST APIs
• Implement authentication and authorization protocols (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML)
• Troubleshoot and support IAM deployments and integrations
• Work closely with solution architects and delivery teams
• Contribute to design discussions with a good understanding of IAM architecture

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of hands-on IAM development experience
• Strong experience in ForgeRock AM / Ping Identity Access Management
• Good understanding of IAM architecture (not enterprise architect level)
• Strong knowledge of SSO, MFA, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML
• Strong development skills in Java
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, LDAP
• Experience in integration with enterprise applications

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Ping Identity suite (PingFederate, PingAccess)
• Basic understanding of cloud environments (Azure/AWS)
• Awareness of Zero Trust / modern authentication concepts
